Carlos Alfaro

Carlos E. Alfaro provides political legal risk analysis and advice to private equity funds and multinational corporations in their activities in Latin America. He specializes in US-China relations and Chinese investments in Latin America. He is the director of the American Foreign Law Association in New York. His writing has appeared in La Nación, Ámbito Financiero, and El Cronista, among others. He practices from offices in New York and Buenos Aires.
