Grammy award-winning pop artist Dua Lipa has announced that she will begin the Latin American stint of her world tour in Buenos Aires this November.

Her ‘Radical Optimism’ tour will arrive at River Plate’s Monumental Stadium on November 7 and the newly-announced date of November 8, where she will be performing many of the songs of the 2024 album of the same name. The album was the follow-up to 2020’s ‘Future Nostalgia,’ which brought global fame to Dua Lipa, winning a Grammy award as well as being the most-streamed album of the year. The first show on November 7 sold out an hour after going on sale before a second date was added.

She follows previous headline acts to perform at River’s stadium since the completion of its renovation, following in the footsteps of Taylor Swift in 2023 and Coldplay in 2022. It is the biggest Argentine venue she has performed at to date.

This will be her third visit to Argentina, having previously performed in 2017 at Teatro Vorterix shortly after supporting Coldplay at Estadio Único in La Plata. She also performed here in 2022 at the Argentine Polo Ground for the ‘Future Nostalgia’ tour. 

Dua Lipa has already kicked off the tour with a number of dates already completed in Europe, Asia and the United States in 2024. She also played in New Zealand and Australia in March 2025, where she was joined on-stage by local Aussie artists Vance Joy and Tame Impala; the latter worked on production for Radical Optimism. She announced on stage that she would continue to perform a song with local artists in each country on the tour. It remains to be seen whether she will do this in Latin America.

After performing in the Argentine capital, she will also play dates in Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Mexico.
