    'Cruise ship is risk-free,' says Health Minister

    Health Minister Juan Manzur confirmed this morning that the situation on the MSC Armonía cruise ship, which lost a crew member last Friday to Influenza B, “was under control” and in a “normal state” after it arrived to Buenos Aires port to be inspected by customs and health authorities.
