    Garré retires officers from Border, Coastal Guard and Federal police

    In the middle of the controversy surrounding the “Project X” scandal, Security Minister Nilda Garré retired 27 federal police captains, 19 Border Guard majors, and six Coast Guard officers today. She also confirmed various promotions as part of the selection process of high-ranking officials. No top-ranking federal police officers were retired.
