After opening his first Argentine eatery in home town La Plata exactly a year ago, Mauro Colagreco has now turned his attentions north to open a second branch of Carne.
Argentina's double Michelin-starred chef, who leads Mirazur in Menton, France, continues the campaign to create an organic burger chain with a base in Olivos.
Burgers here are simple yet solid and where possible, Carne uses organic and seasonal produce: the burger purveyor also works with Manos del Pueblo, a tomato co-operative from Mendoza.
A welcome addition to Zona Norte's food scene, local resident President Macri will surely appreciate the handy location.
