Woman found in CEAMSE died of blunt head trauma

Relatives of Adriana Paula Giménez posted online banners showing a picture of the 31-year-old with a sign reading ''''I''''m lost.''''

Adriana Paula Giménez died from blunt head trauma, the autopsy revealed today. The body of the 31-year-old woman was found yesterday in the CEAMSE waste landfill located in the Buenos Aires province locality of José León Suárez, showing coincidences with last year’s Ángeles Rawson case.

The Forensic Medical Team confirmed the autopsy results with sources close to the investigation saying experts will now have to determine whether Adriana was injured by somebody else.

Last year, the body of 17-year-old Ángeles Rawson was also found at the José León Suárez rubbish dump after going missing when she was heading back from school in the Buenos Aires City neighbourhood of Palermo.

Born in the Chaco province, Adriana was living in Buenos Aires City where she had been undergoing treatment for schizophrenia. She went missing on May 16.
