Insaurralde hits back at Massa after 'dirty' campaign jibe
Victory Front first candidate for Buenos Aires province, Martín Insaurralde refuted the statements made by his opponent from the Renewal Front Sergio Massa, who said earlier that the campaign for the legislative elections was “dirty.”
“It was a mature campaign despite one isolated event,” Insaurralde said after being consulted over Massa’s declarations.
Later, he proceeded to put his vote in the Balmoral School in Lomas de Zamora while thanking President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and her deceased husband Néstor Kirchner, who passed away three years ago.
In addition, Insaurralde assured that he is going to fill his seat as a lawmaker “unlike others, who presented their candidacy and take office,” in reference to Massa.
Finally, ‘Lomas’ Mayor affirmed to be “happy” with the ballot process and as result of the “30 years of democracy” as well. He also wished Fernández de Kirchner “to return to work soon.”
