Libertad's commander meets Ghana authorities to resume supplies

Defence Minister Arturo Puricelli informed today in a press conference gave at the Government House that ARA Libertad frigate's commander was having lunch with Ghanaian Navy authorities in order to negotiate the resume of water, power and fuel supplies to the ship.
