Aníbal Fernández: 'Those responsible have to pay for this crime'
Victory Front Senador Aníbal Fernández said today he expected the responsibles for the death of Workers' Party activist Mariano Ferreyra to pay for their crime.
Ferreyra was murdered on October 20th, 2010 in the City neighbourhood of Barracas, after the group he was a part of was attacked by alleged members of the Railway Union.
“I am not going to accuse anyone. I am not very familiar with the court case. But those responsible should pay for this crime”, the Senator stated during a television show.
Fernández also remembered Ferreyra’s death caused late president Néstor Kirchner “a great deal of pain”, and added, "It was one of the things that upset Kirchner on his last days.”
