Mónaco defeats Chardy in Wimbledon

Tandil native Juan Mónaco defeated this morning French national Jeremy Chardy by 6-2, 3-6, 6-3 and 7-6 at the 2012 Wimbledon Championships tennis tournament at the All England Tennis Club in Wimbledon, southwest London.

In the tournament’s first round, Mónaco overcome tennis player Leonardo Mayer.
