Herald wins out at ABCC quiz

Despite some thoroughly stiff competition at the ABCC charity fundraiser pub quiz held at St. Andrew’s Scots School in San Isidro on Saturday — 23 teams and 220 eager, remote-control wielding contestants — it was team Go West, comprising two Herald staffers, which took top place with 100 points.

Second place went to Los Dementes.

The ABCC’s Anne Truzzel said last night that 15,142 pesos were raised.
