Prosecutor asks for the annulment of Frend’s trial, life imprisonment

Frend was acquitted by the Criminal Court N°1 of San Isidro district after being declared free of charges and proof against her.

Public prosecutor Carlos Altuve asked today for the annulment of the previous trial and a life imprisonment sentence for Lucila Frend, accused of murdering her roommate Solange Grabbenheimer in 2007.

On July last year, Frend was acquitted by the Criminal Court N°1 of San Isidro district after being declared free of charges and proof against her.

Altuve supports a previous claim filed by Vincent Lopez’ district attorney Alejandro Guevara after Frend was acquitted by the San Isidro Criminal Court.

Grabenheimer was stabbed to death in 2007 in the apartment that both girls shared in Florida neighbourhood.
