The newly appointed Health Minister Juan Luis Manzur today held conversations and meetings with representatives of private healthcare companies, provincial governors and health ministers to discuss the measures to be implemented to combat the spread of the H1N1 influenza.

Some of the measures announced yesterday include that patients without health insurance will be able to be hospitalized.
