Harsh blow to Opposition
Judge orders change in composition of DNU special congressional committee Federal Judge Enrique Lavié Pico accepted the interim measure presented by Kirchnerites so as to suspend the new composition of the DNU emergency decree special congressional committee, with opposition majority, with which Congress' debate over the use of Central Bank reserves became null. After the announcement of the judicial ruling, the Lower House of Congress continued the session in which they debated the fund created to eliminate debt.

Wherever you are in downtown Cairo, it takes the best part of an hour to reach your chosen destination and the unnecessary apology for tardiness is always “the traffic was terrible,” meaning Egyptians often seem a bit stressed and on edge.
